Juice Drinking Tips for Optimal Absorption

Our 13 oz bottles contain up to 2 pounds of organic veggies! That’s a TON of nutrition. Many of our clients use these 13 oz bottles as a meal replacement, but they do not have to be used as a meal replacement.

When drinking any juice that contains turmeric, make sure to take 2-3 whole black peppercorns. You can swallow them like a pill and won’t taste them. Mixing black peppercorn with turmeric increases the absorption by 2,000%. On its own, turmeric does not absorb well into our system.
