ORAC
This stands for “oxygen radical absorbance capacity,” which is a method of measuring the total antioxidant capacity of food. This is done by placing a food sample in a test tube along with specific molecules to generate free radical activity and other molecules susceptible to oxidation.
Free Radicals
Unstable atoms that can damage cells, leading to aging and illness. These are connected to aging as well as a variety of diseases such as cancer.
Antioxidant

This is a process where a person abstains from or attempts to rid the body of unhealthy or toxic substances. One form of detox is juicing.
Elixir
A type of medicinal solution, usually a liquid, that is used to improve, cure, or preserve something.
Turmeric
This is an aromatic, bright yellow powder that comes from the rhizome of a plant from the Ginger family. The powder contains a powerful ingredient, curcumin, which has a range of health benefits, including anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. It may also help certain skin conditions, have anti-cancer effects, and may help protect against Alzheimer’s disease.
Oregano

This plant may help reduce inflammation, lower blood sugar, and promote lower cholesterol.
Cold Pressed
We use 4000lbs of pressure to extract up to 5x more nutrients than a traditional juicer.
